I believe this was handmade Size M L (it was clipped on the mannequin in the photos) Waist 15" across, stretches to 22" across Hips 29" across but your hips must fit through a 44" waist because there are no openings Length 38. 5" Condition I don't see any holes or stains. The waist is sewn slightly off in the back (see photos)
