Instructions for use After dehyrating the nail, apply 007 Vital Bond and let it dry for 30 seconds. Then apply an EXTREMELY thin film layer of gel bond scrubbing it into the nail using the brush. Cure for 60 seconds. For best results Gel Bond needs to be applied as thin as possible!
