It is the best shade of blue (and black) and has one of the most fabulous clasps I've ever seen. Its a lovely wrap design and has a peplum hem, so is very elegant and flattering. It looks good over dresses, skirts or trousers alike. This is by Helen Anderson, a British designer and would have been stocked in high end stores such as Harrods. The quality is great!
