These do have stretch and have an elasticated waist

There  is no stretch in the fabric (Cotton) so best on a size 6-8

The wool is a lovely Autumnal burgundy brown and it has embellished flowers appliqued on. This is a fabulous designer jumper which looks really great worn with skirts or trousers. Timeless and elegant. Measured flat: Pit to pit 44" length 27" This looks better worn slightly oversized so I'd say it is best up to a size 12. Vintage condition Excellent
