Distilled in an iron still and fermented for 15 days with indigenous yeasts, it has been aged for 12 and a half years, including 11 years in a tropical climate before maturing in France. Cask strength and not cold filtered, it is limited to only 566 numbered bottles. Bearing the LPCH brand (Long Pond, Clarendon,
